1. Non-Refundable Payments (₹2500 or Below)

• • Any payment of ₹2500 or less is strictly non-refundable.
• • You will receive services in exchange for the amount paid.
• • No legal action or disputes will be entertained for this amount.

2. Refundable Payments (Above ₹2500)

• • You can request a refund within 10 days of payment.
• • 20% of the amount will be deducted as processing and administrative fees.
• • No services will be provided, and your profile will be deleted or blocked after the refund.

3. Service Commitment

• • Matrimony Solutions does not guarantee any matrimonial match or relationship.
• • Our role is to display profiles and facilitate connections as per your selected plan.
• • We are dedicated to providing the best possible service within our capabilities.

Matrimony Solutions में हम गुणवत्तापूर्ण मैट्रिमोनियल सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। कृपया भुगतान करने से पहले हमारी रिफंड एवं सेवा नीति ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करने पर आप निम्नलिखित शर्तों से सहमत माने जाएंगे:

1. ₹2500 या उससे कम राशि पर रिफंड नहीं

• • ₹2500 या उससे कम का भुगतान पूर्ण रूप से गैर-वापसी योग्य है।
• • इस राशि के बदले आपको सेवा दी जाएगी।
• • इस राशि पर किसी प्रकार की कानूनी कार्यवाही मान्य नहीं होगी।

2. ₹2500 से अधिक राशि पर आंशिक रिफंड

• • 10 दिन के अंदर रिफंड अनुरोध करने पर पात्रता होगी।
• • 20% राशि की कटौती की जाएगी (प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क)।
• • सेवा प्रदान नहीं की जाएगी और प्रोफाइल डिलीट/ब्लॉक कर दिया जाएगा।

3. सेवा की सीमा

• • Matrimony Solutions किसी भी रिश्ते या विवाह की गारंटी नहीं देता।
• • हम केवल प्रोफ़ाइल दिखाने और संपर्क की सुविधा देने का कार्य करते हैं।
• • हम गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवा देने हेतु सदैव तत्पर हैं।
